Dallas Performance Corvette C6 1800hp fuel system

Our 1800 hp Fuel system is developed with two concerns in mind - bulletproof and cost effective. The inexpensive dual or triple
in tank pump setups are tempting at first but have not been reliable enough for us in the past which leads to some expensive
damage when problems arise. This is the best system for the C6 owner wanting to support up to 1800 hp and be reliable enough
to daily drive or take a road trip in.

Details of the DP1800hp fuel system:

  • Magnafuel EFI Tuner 2000 horsepower rated Fuel Pump
  • Fuelab Filter 10 Micron Paper Element, -10 inlet/outlets
  • Fuelab Fuel Pressure Regulator, black finish.
  • High Flow Fuel Check Valve -6 AN
  • High Flow Fuel Check Valve -10 AN
  • 6061 Billet Aluminum Fuel Rails and hardware, Black Anodized
  • Dallas Performance custom aluminum -10AN with -6AN T-fitting
  • Billet Y Block -10 IN -8 OUT Black Anodized
  • 10AN supply line and 8AN return line for unmatched flow
  • All necessary black braided 250psi fuel hose
  • All necessary black and silver hard anodized AN fuel fittings
  • Rubber isolated fuel pump for quiet operation and long life

Additional Features:
Fuel system is Gasoline and E85 compatible. All parts are black hard anodized unless requested by customer. Has Fuel pressure sensor
port at end of driver side fuel rail. Can be installed with out removal of factory fuel tank. Maintains factory Venturi system.
Allows single pump to support up to 1800 flywheel horsepower on gasoline engines for simple diagnostics. Extremely durable and low
current draw for output. The most quiet pump on the market that supports 1000+ hp that we have tested. Fuel system layout is full
-10AN from tank to rails where it splits off and feeds each rail with a -8AN line. Understand, each fuel rail has it's own -8 supply
line and -8 return line. Most other fuel systems use one feed line for both rails with a cheap crossover.

Everything you need to support 1800hp minus injectors only $2850!

While our system can be installed with out removing the fuel tank (like others advertise) we feel the better method is to remove the
tank and use our unique pickup design. Although it requires removing the tank once it serves as great insurance against a dangerous
fuel leak from tapping the polypropylene gas tank which expoxy does not bond well to.

We have no problem with those who sell their products for less, they know what their stuff is worth...
